For this problem here is the solution - SocialHub application. SocialHub application is small, quick and lightweighted. SocialHub application will contain wrappers of most of the social networking sites, like Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Google+, Tumblr, Tweetdeck and Flickr. SocialHub also contains a dedicated messenger for facebook, all these right under your thumb.

Note: It might take few minutes to load at the first run of the application. In setting panel more options you tick, more load the application takes while opening. Currently no notifications are supported in this application.
