Solitaire Retro FOR MAC

Solitaire Retro brings together almost 80 different version of the popular cards game to your Mac, connects to the Game Center to show you the leaderboards, and also enables you to share your score on Facebook or Twitter.

Solitaire Retro keeps the card game versions organized into 7 groups, and you get to navigate the collection and select the one you wish to play next. For your convenience, Solitaire Retro also includes a small description covering the ground rules in each case.

Note that only the first group of card games are accessible right away: to be able to play the rest, you need to go through subsequent in-app purchases (each of the 6 additional game groups has to be bought separately).

Within the Solitaire Retro Options window, you have the option to select the deck design you want to employ: the came comes with thumbnails for each option, and automatically changes the card’s appearance when you select an entry.

At the same time, you get to toggle certain functions that will influence the way in which you interact with the game board while playing: the tap play function, the sound effects, the Game Center integration, the loading screen, or the new game confirmation prompt.
