Subliminal is a super simple and low-key macOS app that lets you create your own personalized subliminal messages. These messages pop up on top of all your windows every now and then, even while you're working away.

How Does Subliminal Work?

The Subliminal app makes it easy for these messages to show up on your desktop, no matter what you're doing. It displays the messages right above everything else, so they’re always there, just out of sight.

In the Subliminal Settings panel, you can change how often the app shows your messages and even play around with the font style, text color, and outline. Plus, if you want some fun randomness, you can set the message to appear in different spots and sizes!

Subliminal gives you a great way to train your brain by sending those custom subliminal messages at intervals that suit you. Setting it up is a breeze, and it's customizable too!
