Subtitles is a super handy and portable software that helps you edit subtitle files easily. It works with SRT, SUB, and TXT formats, making it pretty versatile.

Easy to Use and Portable

You don’t need to go through a long installation process with Subtitles. Just extract the files to your hard drive and run the executable file right away. If you're on the go, you can even save it to a USB flash drive or similar storage unit. This means you can use it on any computer without a hitch!

No Messy Installations

Another cool thing about Subtitles is that it doesn’t mess with your Windows Registry, which means less chance of system errors popping up later. Plus, when you’re done using it and want to remove it, there are no leftover files hanging around on your hard drive.

Simplistic Interface

The interface is straightforward and user-friendly. You can open files easily by using the file browser or just drag-and-drop them in! It’s designed so that anyone can get used to it quickly.

Edit Your Subtitles with Ease

You can add or subtract time from subtitle lines whenever you need to. There’s also a reverse mode option where you can specify stretch time and convert formats to SRT if necessary. Plus, restoring settings back to default is super easy!

A neat feature allows you to calculate start and end times between two subtitle files so you can swap those values around or adjust timing as needed.

Limited but Functional Features

While Subtitles doesn't have tons of options (like opening the related video for real-time edits), it's good enough for basic needs. Just keep in mind that this tool hasn't seen updates in quite some time.

Light on Resources

The app uses very little CPU and memory while running, which is great! During our tests, everything ran smoothly without crashes or annoying error messages popping up. Thanks to its simple layout, even first-timers should find their way around Subtitles.
