Being connected to the Internet is not the only requirement in order to gain access to desired websites. You need to make good use of specialized applications like Super Internet Browser, which promises to provide a fast alternative to the already existing industry giants.
The application takes incredibly little space on your hard disk drive, but the amount of system resources used leaves a little something to be desired. Running it brings up a light user interface which gets you up and running in no time.
Unfortunately, you are only able to open one web page at a time due to the lack of tab support. The only way to bypass this issue is with multiple instances of the application, but you might end up with little CPU left for anything else.
An implemented option lets you quickly access a “Home” page. However, there is no way to add a custom website to be taken to, unless doing so with the help of Internet Explorer, on which it closely relies.
There is no implemented bookmarks manager to give you the possibility to save frequently accessed pages, and the provided history tracker is also used for IE navigation. Moreover, speed is decent, but does not provide an advantage over other applications of its kind.
Taking everything into consideration, we can say that Super Internet Browser offers an incredible little number of features in order to be as the name suggests. It uses too many of your computer's resources for what it can provide in return. There's also nothing special in the design, making it a poor alternative to other applications of its kind.
