Besides making font text bigger, the app can also make it bold. It has a dark and white theme available for the interface, and it can also save any custom font configuration to file. Afterward, you can simply double-click a .reg file to apply a preferred profile, without resorting to this tool. Logging off and on again is required to commit the new modifications, which means closing any ongoing projects so you won't lose unsaved work (it's still faster than rebooting, though).
