You can check out the TagFlow Preferences to see where all your files are stored. Just a heads up: this storage location is hidden in your user account directory, and you can't change it. In this section, you can also pick a different language for the interface and hide common tags if you want to keep things tidy.

Since TagFlow creates duplicates of your imported files, it's important to know this might take up a lot of space on your device. When you open a file through TagFlow, remember that you're working on the duplicate, not the original.

Tagging Flexibility

With TagFlow, you can easily assign tags to all your files or even tag them by folder. You have the option to automatically pull keywords from folder names or manually enter your own tags!

File Import Review

Every time you import files into TagFlow, you'll get a chance to review what's being added along with their assigned tags and sizes. Plus, if there's something in the list that doesn’t belong there, you can remove it before indexing.
