This tool can start right when you log in and will handle various jobs throughout your day—no need for you to lift a finger! Plus, it keeps you in the loop with notifications via Growl or through your Notifications Center whenever a task is done or if something goes wrong.

User-Friendly Interface

The user interface of Task Till Dawn is super organized. When you open it up, you'll see a clear list of all your tasks. There's also a task panel where you can tweak details for each job. Easy peasy!

Quick Access Menu

For added convenience, there's a small status bar menu that lets you get to your tasks list quickly while showing what’s coming up next. If you'd rather not see this menu, you can hide it in the Preferences window—but you'll still need to keep the Task Till Dawn icon in your Dock.

Flexible Scheduling Options

This app can open any file or application based on time intervals, specific times of day, certain days of the week, or even when another app starts! You can add delays too or run tasks in the background while waiting for others to finish.

Error Handling and Task Management

If needed, you can disable or delete an entry after it's been run a set number of times. Plus, there's an option to trigger an alternative action if something goes awry. You can even line up tasks so one starts right after another finishes!

Visual Workflow Editor

The visual workflow editor makes customizing how your workflows work super easy! You’ll have multiple triggers and actions available for each task.

Import/Export Features

While using Task Till Dawn for automation, you can reset task counters anytime and set validity periods for schedules. Want to switch things between Macs? No problem—just import or export your task list!
