Getting Started with Taskade

Once you log in (you can set up an account right on the first screen), you’ll see a clean interface. It’s split into two parts: your groups on the left and your checklists on the right. It’s pretty straightforward!

Create Notes and Checklists Easily

If you want to whip up a new note or checklist, just hit the “New List” button at the top right corner. You can start fresh or pick from some cool templates they offer. These templates cover everything from weekly task lists to project roadmaps and team review checklists.

Limitations of Taskade

Now, here’s a little bummer: while you can use templates, there’s no option to save your lists for future use just yet. But don't let that discourage you! Taskade helps you make clear and stylish checklists using text formatting and list styling.

Find Tasks Quickly

You can also use #tags to quickly find related tasks within the same list by just clicking around. This feature really speeds things up when you’re in a rush!

Real-Time Collaboration Features

As I mentioned earlier, one of the best parts about Taskade is its real-time collaboration features! You can brainstorm with others easily and share your lists through email or social media—or even embed them on your website!

No File Attachments Yet

On the downside, right now Taskade doesn’t support adding file attachments to your lists. Plus, there are no options for setting team permissions or assigning roles to members.

Looking Ahead with Taskade Pro

If you're curious about improvements, according to Taskade's FAQ page, they are working on a Pro version that should include many missing features.
