Time Tracker Professional is a sleek and easy-to-use task tracker for OS X. It’s designed to help you keep tabs on how much time you spend each day on different projects and activities without any fuss.

Automatic Tracking Made Simple

This app automatically logs how long you use each app on your Mac. As long as the app has a visible window, Time Tracker Professional can track it! This means you don’t have to worry about manually recording every minute.

A Clean and Clear Interface

The interface is minimalistic, which helps you quickly see how long you've used any installed apps over a certain period. The left side features a Projects panel, letting you organize your tasks into projects and activities. This makes it super simple to grasp how much time you’ve spent on each project.

Date Range Flexibility

You can easily get an overview of your time spent by using the Date Range calendar control. Just look under the main window’s title bar! You can select from today, yesterday, the last 7 days, or even the last 30 days. There’s also an option for a custom range if that suits your needs better.

Exporting Your Data

If you want to share your tracked tasks with colleagues or clients, Time Tracker Professional makes it easy to export this data as a CSV file. Just hit the Export toolbar button! However, keep in mind that you can't export just one project at a time; you'd need to remove any unneeded entries from the exported file manually.

Manual Entry for Extra Flexibility

An additional perk? You can manually enter task durations within any added project or activity! This feature is handy if you've worked using an app that didn’t get tracked automatically or did other tasks outside your Mac that should be included.
