This app automatically records the time you spend using each application on your Mac. As long as an app has a visible window, Time Tracker Professional can track it!

Organize Your Projects

You can use the Projects panel on the left side to organize all your tasks into specific projects and activities. This feature makes it super simple to see just how much time you've spent on each project.

Date Range Overview

If you want a quick overview of your work for a certain date range, that’s easy too! Just use the Date Range calendar control under the title bar. You can select to see tasks from today, yesterday, the last 7 days, or even the last 30 days. Plus, there's an option for custom date ranges!

Exporting Your Data

Time Tracker Professional makes sharing your tracked tasks easy by allowing you to export them as a CSV file with just one click using the Export button. This is perfect for sharing with colleagues or clients!

Caveats About Exporting

The only downside? You can't export tasks from just one project at a time. However, you can manually delete any entries you don’t need from the exported CSV file.

Manual Entry Option

An extra cool feature is that you can enter task durations manually in any project or activity you’ve added. This comes in handy if you've used an app that wasn't tracked automatically or if you've done some tasks outside your Mac.
