TPH Batch Printer

TPH Batch Printer is a handy tool designed to automate printing from the main Office applications and Adobe Acrobat. It lets you line up a bunch of files and send them all for printing at once, which saves you a ton of time!

Why TPH Batch Printer?

At first, we created this tool just for ourselves. But after seeing how useful it could be, even for companies that aren't in the printing biz, we decided to share it with everyone as a free program called TPH Office Batch Printer.

Customization Requests

Over time, we got lots of requests to tweak the program for different businesses. So, we thought opening it up to everyone would be the easiest way to let people customize it for their needs.

The Updated Version

This version isn't the same as the original built in Visual Basic 6.0. We've added some logging features, but we don't have control over Adobe Reader like before. That's because Adobe Reader only supports DDE automation, which isn’t natively included in VB.Net like it was in older versions.

How It Works

The support for PDF files comes from Adobe's Interapplication Communication API Reference guide. For Microsoft Office documents, we use the VB GetObject() call since Office apps are all about automation.
