Description
Tree for Linux
Tree is a super handy tool that shows a tree view of your directories. I came up with it some time ago, and I've recently added color support to make it even better!
Why Tree is Useful
You know how sometimes you need to dig around in folders, especially when someone might be trying to hide something? Well, Tree makes this so much easier! It gives you a clear look at the directory structure, which can really help when you're searching for files.
Getting Started with Tree
I figured since no one else had made something like this, I'd go ahead and share it! Sure, it's just a little project from my first year in computer science, but I think you'll find it useful.
Download Tree
If you're interested in giving Tree a try, you can download it from the main distribution site: ftp://mama.indstate.edu/linux/tree/. And hey, if you think the layout could use some tweaks or have ideas for new features, I’m all ears! Your feedback would be awesome.
Your Thoughts Matter
I want this tool to work great for everyone. So if you have suggestions on how it should look or function better, please let me know! Your input could help shape future updates!
