Using Your Mobile Screen as a Trackpad

After setup, you can start using your phone or tablet screen as a trackpad to move the cursor around on your Mac's desktop. It has buttons for left and right-clicking, plus you can tap or double-tap directly on the screen! Oh, and if you're scrolling through pages, just use two fingers—easy peasy!

No Bugs Here!

I found that UniPad was super easy to set up and didn't run into any bugs at all. You can quickly connect or disconnect multiple devices without any hassle. Plus, you can access the app straight from the menu bar on your Mac. However, I wish there was an option to hide it from the Dock.

A Little Issue with Cursor Speed

The only downside I've noticed is that the cursor moves pretty slowly across my desktop. Right now, there's no way to adjust sensitivity, which can be tricky when you're using smaller screens like those on an iPhone. Switching your phone to portrait mode helps a bit but having a way to tweak sensitivity would be amazing.

Good for Specific Situations

While I can't think of too many times when you'd need this other than maybe controlling your Mac from afar or troubleshooting issues, UniPad does what it's supposed to do quite well—and best of all? It's totally free! Just keep in mind that increasing cursor sensitivity would make this app even better.
