What is UTC Time?
UTC Time is a super easy app that shows the current UTC time right in your menu bar. Plus, there's a handy Notification Center widget available too! You can quickly see how your local time compares to UTC—whether you're ahead or behind—and even copy the current UTC date and time in different formats.
How Does It Work?
The app is pretty straightforward. When you launch it, it adds an item to your menu bar that displays the current UTC time. You can choose to show the date as well if you want. And guess what? You can even remove “UTC” from the display if that’s your style!
Customize Your Menu Bar
If you want to move it around in your menu bar, just hold down Cmd and drag it wherever you like! If you click on the time shown there, a little menu pops up. This lets you see how far ahead or behind your local time is compared to UTC. You can also copy the date or time into your clipboard in ISO8601 format or Unix timestamp.

A Few Limitations
While there isn’t an option to hide the time from your menu bar directly, there are other apps out there that let you hide unwanted items. If you're using one of those apps, you can easily hide UTC Time from view and just use the widget instead!
