UUPMediaCreator
UUPMediaCreator is a console set of tools designed to facilitate the scanning and downloading of the Unified Update Platform (UUP). The set includes two main tools, namely a downloader and a converter. The downloader enables you to easily grab updates from UUP, whereas the converter provides an easy way to make an ISO file from the data you grabbed. The developer mentions that he also included a UWP front, but this is currently experimental and not the main focus.
