Validator is a super handy drag-and-drop XML validator designed for both Mac OS X and Windows. You just need to drag an XML file onto the Validator icon, and voila! If your file has a document type declaration, Validator will tell you if it's valid, not valid, or not well-formed. And if there's no doctype? No worries! It will still let you know if it's well-formed or not.
Easy File Validation
You can actually drop multiple files and even folders onto the icon. For folders, Validator goes through all the subfolders looking for files to validate. It checks any file that you drop directly on the icon. But when scanning directories, it only validates files with certain extensions like fo, htm, xml, xsd, xsl, html, plist, rss, wml, and xslt.
