Virtual Assistant is a small, yet efficient software tool which can be used in order to help you store notes, and create contact and to-do lists.

The installation process is over in a few seconds, and does not offer to add third-party products. The interface sports a fairly simple and intuitive design, as it is comprised of three tabs, so that you can easily browse through all the available options. Aside from that, it can be used by anybody, be they experienced or not when it comes to computers.

New contacts can be added along with information such as first and last name, nickname (if any), e-mail address, phone number and comments, if you deem them necessary. Notes have no kind of restrictions whatsoever, and you can actually save them to the hard drive in a TXT file.

New jobs for the to-do list can also be added without constraints, yet you should know they are going to be displayed in the main window along with their creation date. All three panels enable you to view the current date and time.

The CPU and memory usage is insignificant, which means the system’s resources are not going to be affected in any way, and you can use it alongside other programs without encountering any difficulties. Help contents are not included, yet seeing how simple to use this app is, it becomes apparent they are not actually needed.

To sum up, Virtual Assistant is a very simple, yet useful piece of software which can help you organize your time more efficiently. Nevertheless, its lack of options might ward off power users.
