What is Virtual TimeClock FOR MAC?

Virtual TimeClock is a handy Mac app that helps you keep track of how your employees are spending their time. Whether you're managing a big team or just a few folks, this tool makes it easier to monitor working hours, tasks, overtime, payrolls, and so much more!

Administration Mode

To get started, you'll need to set everything up in Administration Mode. Once that's done, employees can switch to User Mode and just hit the timer for their tasks—super easy!

Configuration Options

The Configuration window is where all the magic happens (remember, you need to be in Admin mode to access it!). Here you can create user lists, organize them by departments, set overtime rules, and even dictate shift times. Plus, you can generate work schedules that fit your team's needs.

Leave Policies

This area also lets you define what reasons are acceptable for leaving work early and what rewards go with each reason. You can group employees together based on activities or breaks and even generate reports to see how everyone's doing.

User Status Window

Whenever you click on a user’s name in the app, the User Status window pops up automatically. From here, they can start a new activity, take a break, or stop their timer whenever they need. It's all about keeping it simple!

Notes and Reports

Each employee has the chance to add notes to their timers or check out their Timecard report. This way both of you have access to a detailed look at their activity throughout the day.
