Visual TimeAnalyzer

Visual TimeAnalyzer is a lightweight program that allows you to monitor activity on the computer and online for one or more computers in a network.

The interface is appealing and organized as 3 panels that you can maximize or minimize according to your needs. In the upper section, you can view the panel that lists the users' profile and the section that displays the programs that have been accessed, for how long and if that implies any costs.

In the lower area, you can preview the same type of information, but better arranged in glossy graphs and tables.

As previously mentioned, the app enables you to monitor and record a wide variety of information, from the hour a program was open to the full duration is was used.

The data here is displayed as an overview for the entire activity and for individual applications on an hourly base. You can determine whether using certain applications has become a trend for the user you are monitoring by comparing its usage to the other apps.

It is worth mentioning that Visual TimeAnalyzer enables you to open programs and websites that are accessed. This feature can come in hand for a parent who is concerned about the safety or well-being of his child.

Since it can record the computer usage in a network, the utility can prove useful in a work environment as well. You only have to install the app on your administrator PC and afterwards select when and how to monitor the computers of your employees.

Moreover, the app allows you to add comments for the processes you are tracking, so you can note the feedback about an employee idle or online time.

The data can be exported to HTML, BMP, TXT and CSV formats only, whereas configuring the settings can be time-consuming and challenging for first-time users.
