ViziFlow

ViziFlow is a super handy program that helps you create models quickly and easily. It also lets you calculate and display things like streamlines and pressure profiles in no time. Plus, there's a flow rate and pressure gauge feature to help with measurements, which is pretty cool!

Getting Started with ViziFlow

When you first open ViziFlow, you'll see the drawing area in NEW FILE mode. It shows a grid pattern of dots and center lines to guide you. The first three icons on the toolbar are for the usual stuff: NEW FILE, OPEN FILE, and SAVE FILE. If you want to change how your drawing area looks, just head over to the TOOLS menu. You can add or remove that grid whenever you like.

User-Friendly Features

If you're unsure about anything, don't worry! Help panels pop up when you select functions, and there's an instruction line that shows up while you're entering or editing objects.

How to Add Objects

Want to add some shapes? First, pick what kind of object you want from the EDIT menu or toolbar. If you're going for a rectangle or circle, just click where you want your first point on the screen. Then move your mouse to where you'd like the next point; a black line or circle will follow along with it! Just click again when you're ready for another point and keep going until you've got everything set!

A Great Teaching Tool

ViziFlow isn't just useful for creating models; it's also great for teaching! You can use it to demonstrate how fluid flows through pipes or aerofoils. It even allows simple measurements!
