Vocabulary Master Portable is a tiny software application that provides users with a simple means of learning another language by creating your own vocabulary or uploading one from the hard drive.

Since this is the portable edition of Vocabulary Master, you can bypass the installation process. As a result, unlike installers, it is not going to create new entries in the Windows registry and Start menu/screen without your permission and it is not going to leave any traces on the hard disk after its removal.

Another noteworthy aspect is that you can easily copy the program files to an external storage device (e.g. pen drive) and thus you can run it on any PC you come in contact with, on the fly.

This utility enables you to learn another language with great ease, by simply displaying a randomly selected phrase in the main window at a regular interval. It comes bundled with an organizer, which helps you create your own vocabulary, as well as upload an already created one.

Regardless of the path you take, you should know that the only supported format is SL3. In addition to that, you can create new categories, input new words (in both your mother tongue and the language you want to learn) with notes (if necessary) and use a search function, so that you can be sure there are no duplicates.

It is possible to customize the frequency at which the words are going to appear, switch the learning direction and use a proxy connection. The main window also includes some playback controls, so that you can easily play or stop the process or go to the next word.
