Requirements

You’ll need the following:

• Support for Dialogic, Rhetorex, New Voice, and Bicom voice cards through DOS-level TSR drivers. Vocalist21 can handle up to 64 ports on one PC.


• If you have Satisfaxtion or GammaLink fax cards, they work great with Vocalist21 too! Up to 10 fax ports can run on your PC.


• Your setup could include PBX, Hybrid, or Centrex systems.


• Your sound card should play WAVE files of the u-Law format—Sound Blaster 16 or similar will do just fine!


• Any database that you can access from Visual Basic (think DLLs and custom controls) will work with this software.
