Waldemar the Warlock FOR MAC

The Waldemar the Warlock point and click adventure game is a work in progress, but you can get a taste of its atmosphere and the character’s humour in a demo that is limited to a single scenery.

Lord Alistair Ainsworth is invited to join the Very Exclusive and Particular Esoteric Club of Miskatonic University, which means that he can publish his articles in the club’s monthly journal, in exchange for an annual fee.

Excited by the new opportunities, Lord Alistair starts looking for interesting subjects to write about. Within the demo, you must help him find everything he needs to join the club and then send him on his way.

Moving your character around is reasonably intuitive: a mouse click will move Lord Alistair to the designated location, a double click means that he is going to try and use the object or add it to the inventory, while a right click provides more details about the selected object.

Noteworthy is that you must pay attention to all the details because each object might prove to be essential. At the same time, you must use your imagination to combine them and find solutions for your problems.

The Waldemar the Warlock game is marked by the dark, mysterious atmosphere that makes you think of 60s horror movies. At the same time, most of the character dialogues and commentaries are positively amusing.

The Waldemar the Warlock game has the potential to keep you entertained, but take into consideration that it is still under development, so the final result should have a higher quality and more complex gameplay.
