Regardless of the edition we are talking about, the Windows operating system comes with a default configuration that allows it to share data with Microsoft. While the reason that is invoked by the software giant is the need ti improve the customer (I.e your) experience, there have been controversial privacy-related discussions ever since the release of Windows 10 and even before that.
