The application does not let you make use of batch actions for processing multiple documents at the same time so you need to upload a single file. It does not offer a preview of the detected images. It only works with DOC file format (DOCX documents are not supported).

All things considered, Word Bitmap Converter comes packed with basic features for helping you set up conversion tasks, and is suitable especially for less experienced users. On the downside, it has not been updated for a long time so you may bump into compatibility issues on newer operating systems like Windows 8.
