Word Icons is a cool set of 45 icons that you can use to jazz up your files, folders, and applications on your computer. It's all about personalizing your setup!
You don't need to be a tech whiz to use these icons. There’s no tricky stuff involved in unpacking the archive and using the images. Seriously, anyone can do it!
The best part? You don’t even have to install anything! Just extract the files wherever you want on your hard drive. Want to keep them handy? You can save them on a USB flash drive or an external hard drive too. That way, you can carry your icons with you wherever you go.
These files are super tiny, so they won't hog space on your hard disk. You could even save them in an online email account for quick access from anywhere!
The images are 32 x 32 pixels in size and include fun designs like a stop sign, “Read me” image, lists, library symbols, graphics, documents, and dates. Pretty neat, right?
If you're feeling creative, you can tweak these images too! You can adjust brightness, contrast, hue or add special effects using graphic tools that support the ICO format like Greenfish Icon Editor Pro.
Now, here’s the thing: this collection has been around for a while and hasn’t been updated much lately. The low-resolution images might feel a bit outdated. But hey! If you're into vintage styles for your computer elements, this could totally work for you—no matter what level of skill you have.
