Xpeon-Zen Portable

Xpeon-Zen Portable is a software program that creates a bar on your desktop and enables you to easily access particular utilities, such as a notes keeper, battery watcher, calculator and search function.

This is the portable edition of Xpeon-Zen, and thus the installation process is no longer a necessity. In addition to that, the Windows registry and hard drive are not going to suffer any changes without your permission, and no remnants are going to be left behind after its removal from the disk.

Another important aspect is that you can move the program files to an external data device, in order to take Xpeon-Zen Portable with you and run it on any PC you come in contact with.

The interface you are met with is pretty simple and clean, as it encloses just several interactive categories, some buttons and a few boxes, depending on the items used. It becomes quiet clear that it is suitable to all types of users, including the ones less experienced.

This application creates a bar on the left or right side of your screen and contains a pretty large number of options. To be more precise, you can easily access a search function, create an alert to go off when your laptop’s battery is under a specified limit, access your agenda and add new entries to it, watch your memory usage and storage status.

Multiple notes can be created and locked, so as to prevent other from reading your thoughts, while it is also possible to activate a multi-text operation (copy multiple items to the Clipboard), append to the system new keyboard shortcuts, access a simple calculator and add desktop tile shortcuts or tags.

In conclusion, Xpeon-Zen Portable is a pretty efficient piece of software, dedicated to both power and novice users easily access multiple tools and work with their PC more efficiently. The CPU and memory usage is low at all times, the response time is good and our tests did not register problems such as hangs, freezes or bugs. Nevertheless, the use of English all throughout the app leaves a lot to be desired.
