Yrminsul is a tower defense strategy game that comes with amusing and colorful characters and bring to the table a quite intricate plot. The whole game is a huge campaign against Goblins, Monsters, and Elves armies that try to destroy the magic trees.

The Yrminsul gameplay is quite straightforward: you must defend your base tree from hordes of enemies by establishing various towers filled with weapons along their way. You can also directly hit the ones that manage to get by, but keep in mind there is a reload time involved.

Naturally, each time one of the enemy soldiers reach your base, you lose points. If you waste all your points, you are defeated, and the evil forces take up your island.

To avoid this unpleasantness, before attacking an island, you must make sure to choose the appropriate turrets and spells that you are to employ. Within the game, there are 15 types of turrets that can be upgraded, and 16 different spells that you can unleash upon your enemies.

Within the game universe, you move on a map trying to conquer neighboring islands, while ensuring your own borders stand against the enemy. Again, to avoid defeat, you need to spy on your enemies and evaluate their resources to make sure you can take them.

The main in-game resource is infamy: you win some whenever you destroy enemies, and you need it to build more defensive turrets.

However, keep in mind that infamy is not easy to come by and has to be used wisely: only by unlocking new capabilities you have a chance to defeat the strongest enemies.

Yrminsul comes with 30 different levels and 10 interactive comics featuring amusing characters that help you keep up with the game’s background story.
