Z-aXYs FOR MAC

Z-aXYs is a fun shooter game that keeps an arcade feel while taking a new approach when it comes to the scenery design. The player gets to move on a circular trajectory and can see oncoming enemies, and the overall effect is quite dynamic.

When you start the Z-aXYs game, you can choose between the campaign or survival playing modes. In both cases, you must select one of the four available characters: Col. O’Neil, Simon, Nix, or Ziggy.

Note that each character has a distinct model ship featuring different characteristics and special weapons. In campaign mode, you need to get through 9 levels, while the point of the survival mode is to get the highest score.

In survival mode, you can also play against a friend, but keep in mind that you need to attach a gamepad controller for the second player.

Z-aXYs comes with fairly intuitive controls: if you use your keyboard, the arrow keys allow you to move around the tubular environment, the Z key is used for shooting, while X activates your special weapon.

Things are even better if you are using a gamepad controller: A allows you to shoot, B switches on the special weapon, and the left stick enables you to move around.

Within the scenery, Z-aXYs also packs special bonuses that can either help you get more heat on your enemies or facilitate your recovery. Note that Z-aXYs keeps track of the damage, and you can lose up to 3 lives before you have to start all over again.

Z-aXYs has everything it needs to keep you entertained regardless if you are playing campaigns or opt for the endless survival mode. You can also play against your friends to make things even more interesting.
