No Installation Needed

The coolest part? You don’t even need to install it! Just download it, and you're ready to go with managing your files. Since Categorizer works directly with Windows Explorer, it's best to run it under an Administrator account. Otherwise, you might run into some errors.

How It Works

This app doesn’t have its own interface; instead, it hangs out in the context menu of Explorer. When you first launch it, you’ll see a popup message prompting you to hit the OK button for registration. Once you've done that, you'll find it where it's supposed to be, and then it's time to start labeling those directories!

Labeling Made Easy

Labeling is super simple! All you have to do is type in a name for the folder and hit OK. Just keep in mind that Categorizer only works with folders—if you've got files that need organizing too, you'll want another tool for that.
