CCORG PortScan is a super lightweight and portable tool that helps you scan any computer on your local network for open ports. You can even save the list of results to a file! It's handy for finding available ports to set up LAN connections.

Easy to Use and Portable

The great thing is there are just two files in the downloaded package. You can copy the executable anywhere on your disk or even store it on a USB drive. This way, you can run it directly without any hassle.

No Messy Changes

No worries about it messing with your system registry or creating unwanted files. Just remember that you'll need .NET Framework installed; otherwise, the app won't run.

User-Friendly Interface

With its clean and intuitive interface, CCORG PortScan has everything neatly organized in one window, making it super easy to navigate through all the options available.

Scanning Your Network

Your local host is set as the default target for scanning, but you can easily switch this out with another PC's IP address or hostname from your local network.

Selecting Ports to Scan

You can tell the software to scan a specific range of ports by entering start and end points. You have options to check just open ports or all ports—even closed ones! The time it takes depends on your network speed and hardware specs, but you can track progress right in the title bar.

Saving Your Results

The results show up with either the host name or IP address along with details about open ports and service types. If you want to keep those results, they can be saved in XML format by selecting where you'd like them stored.

Performance During Tests

During testing, scans were pretty quick! CCORG PortScan barely used any RAM or CPU power, so there's minimal impact on your computer's performance. However, we did encounter an error when trying to search both open and closed ports at once—it crashed at that point!

User-Friendly Even for Beginners

This tool is simple enough that even users who aren't tech-savvy can figure it out without breaking a sweat!
