How It Works:

Suppose you have a computer with 6 cores, each representing about 17% of total power. If you want to prevent 2 cores from parking and only allow 4 cores to toggle to a low power state, set the index to 34% (17*2 = 34). Adjusting the index closer to 0 lets the PC park any number of cores, while nearing 100% forces all cores to run at maximum performance. Click 'Apply' for changes to take effect.
