Ferris Wheel Model is a fun simulation that lets you play around with a Ferris wheel ride! You can change its size, making it anywhere from 40 meters (that’s how big the first Ferris wheels were) to a whopping 100 meters, which is actually about 10 meters taller than the tallest one in the world today!
The best part? You can also adjust how fast the wheel spins! It can go as slow as -20 m/s (which might sound weird but it's all about physics) to super fast at 20 m/s. Pretty cool, right?
If you're curious about the forces at play, you can check a box to see a free-body diagram. This will help you understand what’s happening with all that spinning and turning. It’s like having your own mini science lab!
The Ferris Wheel Model was built using the Easy Java Simulations (EJS) tool. It comes ready to run as a compiled Java archive. No extra steps needed!
This simulation isn't just for fun; it’s also an awesome way to learn about physics and engineering concepts while getting creative with your very own Ferris wheel design!
