This program lets you dig through huge folders to find a specific document by typing in part of its name or even the whole thing. Want to run multiple searches? No problem! You can open several tabs in the main window and get right to it.

How Does It Work?

Just choose the folder where you want to search, hit 'Search', and bam! FileSearchy will almost instantly show you a list of files that have your keyword in their names. Plus, you can create an exclusion list so that uninteresting items won’t clutter up your results.

Search Inside Files

You can even look for words or phrases inside file contents, including PDFs and Microsoft Office files. The best part? You don’t need any extra software installed on your computer!

Date Filters Made Easy

If you're trying to find a file that was changed recently but can’t remember where it is, FileSearchy has got your back with its 'Modified between' feature. Just set the dates when you think you accessed or changed those files, and it will help narrow down your search.

Size Matters Too!

You can also filter by file size! Set limits so that only documents above or below certain sizes (B, KB, MB, GB) pop up in your search results. This is great if you're looking for something specific without getting overwhelmed.
