What's Included in the Project?

The project brings a bunch of useful features:

• Glyph recognition and pose estimation library: This part extends the AForge.NET framework. You can reuse it in other applications that need to recognize glyphs.


• Glyph recognition prototype: This acts as a plug-in to the IPPrototyper tool from AForge.NET. It’s perfect for showing how the glyph recognition algorithm works step by step. You just open a folder with images of glyphs (sample images are included) and watch how the algorithm recognizes them!


• Glyph Recognition Studio: This application recognizes glyphs in video streams, whether they come from video files or local devices like web cameras. Plus, it does both 2D and 3D augmented reality! You can replace recognized glyphs with images or even add 3D models right on top of them. Just set up some glyphs in Glyph Recognition Studio, print them out, and see how it works with your webcam.
