IPCheck Server Monitor is a handy tool that helps keep an eye on your essential network resources. It’s super useful for spotting system failures or any performance hiccups right away. By monitoring these resources, it can help you avoid the financial hit that comes with downtime.
This software provides reliable network and website monitoring thanks to Paessler's IPCheck™ Technology. It’s quick and easy to install, works on Windows NT/2000/XP/2003, and has a user-friendly web interface.
With IPCheck Server Monitor, you get a range of sensor types like PING, PORT, HTTP, HTTPS, Advanced HTTP, HTTP Transaction, DNS, SMTP, POP3, SNMP, and even custom sensors! This means you can monitor almost any network device in detail.
You’ll get notifications when there are uptimes or downtimes or if things are running slowly. These alerts can be sent via email or ICQ and even through SMS to pagers. Plus, you can check detailed uptime/downtime reports anytime online.
You’ll need Windows NT 2000/XP/2003 for the main server software. For web access, any system that runs browsers like Internet Explorer 6 will do fine! A minimum of 192 MB RAM (256 MB recommended) is necessary along with some space on your hard drive for installation.
The free version is perfect for personal use but limits you to three basic sensors and checks every 15 minutes. If you're looking for more features, you can easily upgrade by asking for a Free Trial License or purchasing a full license later!
