You can easily copy jGnash onto a USB drive or any removable storage. This means you can run it on any computer you come across without any hassle!

Manage Multiple Accounts

This tool lets you add multiple accounts with details like name, description, ID, currency, type (like expense or investment), and notes. You can also record transactions like charges, incomes, transfers, withdrawals, and adjustments while keeping an eye on your total balance.

Set Reminders and Budgets

No more forgetting to pay that mortgage or other bills! With jGnash, you can set up reminders. Plus, you can create custom monthly budgets based on what you've spent before.

Generate Detailed Reports

You’ll love the variety of reports jGnash can generate! From monthly balances to net worth calculations and even income/expense pie charts—everything is at your fingertips for end-of-month reviews.

Transaction Printing & Data Management

You can print transactions as checks if needed. Your data can be saved in custom locations using XML or binary files or even HyperSQL and H2 relational databases. Importing data is simple too; just use OFX, MT940, or QIF formats. Plus, exporting is easy with XML!

Light on System Resources

No need to worry about system slowdowns! jGnash uses very little CPU and memory resources. Its interface is super intuitive and responsive—our tests didn’t show any errors or bugs at all!
