PersistentWindows is a tiny utility designed to address a common issue in Windows 7 to 10, namely that the windows are moved and resized on display power cycle if the configuration features a multiple display. The application works with both local and remote desktop configuration.

Take note that the app includes a few known issues, such as that certain apps cannot simply be launched when restored from disk, while other tools need Administrator to run.
