What is PlotX?

PlotX

PlotX is a handy little tool made for plotting graphs and comparing them side by side. You can plot up to eight different graphs at once, which is pretty awesome!

Who Can Use PlotX?

This program is perfect for students or anyone who needs to work with graphing functions, like y = 2 * x. It lets you plot equations like y = a(x * x) + bx + c. Each graph has its own color, making it super easy to tell which expression matches which graph.

How to Get Started with PlotX

Using PlotX is really simple! First, you’ll want to choose the 'expression bank(s)' you want active. Just click the checkboxes to turn them on or off. Then, type in the expressions for the graphs you wish to plot into the text boxes provided.

Select Your Scale

Next up, pick your scale! Keep in mind that a larger scale means a longer wait time for your graph to draw, but you'll get a better view of it. Once everything’s set, hit the 'DRAW GRAPH(S)' button and relax while your graphs are being created.

Tweaking Accuracy and Speed

If you're looking to fine-tune how accurate or fast your graphs are drawn, just click on 'ACCURACY/SPEED'. And if you want more info about PlotX? Click on the PlotX logo in the bottom right corner of your screen.
