ProSimGraphsPro is a handy application for anyone working in science or engineering. It helps you tackle tough tasks, especially when testing certain processes can be risky or super expensive. Plus, it can save you from those tricky situations where you don’t have the right tools.
Now, I won’t lie—the interface can look a bit complex at first. It seems packed with cool features, but watch out! Some of them are not very responsive or just don’t work well. For example, when we tried using it on Windows 8.1, adding text labels caused error messages and even crashes!
If you add elements to your screen, here’s a little heads-up: removing them one by one isn’t an option—you’ll need to hit the Clear Screen button instead. Accessing the configuration menu is easy from the main window, but keep in mind that many settings don’t save when you exit.
One of the cool things about ProSimGraphsPro is its simple unit conversion tools! You can pick different categories like time, temperature, pressure, and more. It automatically changes your preferred units into SI units too!
If you need to perform complex calculations, this app has got your back with built-in functions like Cos, Sin, and Tan that are frequently used in science and engineering.
You can also create chemical equations using ChemDesigner. But here’s a catch: it doesn’t let you add your own compounds or structures—instead, you have to use a list of preset items.
Creating graphs might get a bit tricky since there’s no live preview while designing them. Most editing has to be done through the configuration menu as well—so on-graph edits are pretty limited.
The app includes a basic periodic table to check out details about specific elements. Just remember that sometimes the info bubble doesn’t show up right away.
If you run into issues while using ProSimGraphsPro, there’s a simple help manual available with basic guides on some of its functions.
To wrap things up, ProSimGraphsPro is definitely useful if you're looking for tools like unit conversion calculators and a periodic table. But if you're expecting something super advanced or complex—well, you might want to keep looking!
