Measuring Made Easy

With QMSys THREAD-PD, determining indicated values and pitch diameters is a breeze. It uses measuring wires or balls along with Berndt's iteration formula from EA - 10/10. Plus, it factors in the correction for measuring force using Lechowski's methods. That means you're getting accurate results every time!

How to Use It

The software layout is user-friendly! On the left side of the screen, you’ll find all the parameters that need to be entered and calculated. Just plug in your numbers, and you’re good to go!

Your Handy Tools

The right side of the interface has some great features too! Here’s what you can find:

• A measurement diagram tailored for the thread type you've selected.


• A catalog of diameters that can be edited easily using the “New” and “Delete” buttons.


• A “Select” button that allows you to pick the diameter of your wires or balls.


• Helpful instructions for operating the software so you won't feel lost.
