QTube is a super user-friendly application built on Java. It's designed to help you easily check how consistent your gating data is across different tubes. Whether you're working in a lab or just need reliable results, QTube makes it all pretty straightforward.

Easy Data Assessment

This handy tool gives you both numerical and graphical insights into how consistent your gate data is. The cool part? It runs its algorithm directly on the list-mode FCS data without needing you to lift a finger!

Fingerprinting Tubes

The software looks at how similar the event distributions are in two or more tubes. You don’t have to direct it at all! QTube takes care of that for you by creating a unique "fingerprint" for each tube and then compares these fingerprints with an overall aggregate.

Quick Feedback & Export Options

You get instant feedback about how similar the distributions are, which ones might be outliers, and just how much they differ from one another. And guess what? You can do all this with just one click! Plus, if you want to share your findings or analyze them further, exporting results to Excel or any other reporting software is super easy.
