You also have the option to import data from TXT, CSV, or XML files.

Add Customers Easily

If you want to add a new customer, it’s super simple! Just enter their personal info like full name, company name, birthdate, gender—plus multiple addresses and phone numbers if needed. You’ll also need their email and service code based on what type of business you have. The same goes for adding providers—just fill in similar fields along with their workdays and any notes.

Making an appointment is straightforward too! You’ll need to fill in customer details like job status (check-in, waiting, canceled), meeting start time and duration as well as the location. If necessary, attach any relevant documents too! Once everything’s set up correctly, your appointments will show up on the calendar at the right day and time highlighted in specific colors based on the service.
