You can add multiple users, like teachers, instructors, or students. Just enter their name and phone number, pick from various icons, and choose a background color for their timeline view. It’s super customizable!

Create Events with Ease

Creating a new event is simple! Just add details about the lesson, including the description, start and end times, comments, materials needed, and even the difficulty level.

Set Reminders & Manage Events

You can set reminders for events too! Repeat them daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly if you want. Plus, you can easily delete events from the calendar whenever needed. Searching for specific lessons or checking what’s happening on a selected day is also straightforward.

Import/Export Features

The software lets you import or export data to Outlook and iCalendar. You can sync your information with Outlook, which makes managing your schedule easier than ever! Oh, and it automatically creates backups at times you set.

Advanced Printing Options

If you need to print something out, School Calendar has advanced printing features that help you format everything just right before hitting print!

Flexible View Modes

You can switch up how you view your calendar too—choose between seeing your current work week or switching to week, month or year views. Plus, there’s an option for horizontal or vertical timelines!

Statistics & Export Options

If you're into stats (who isn’t?), this tool generates statistics for all your lessons each week. You can even export this info into XLS, TXT, HTML or XML formats. Customize your time format as well!

Custom Reminders & Holiday Tracking

You can set custom audio reminders in WAV, MP3 or MID formats to keep yourself on track. And don't forget to manage holidays easily too!
