Simply ID is a cool app that helps you create and manage all kinds of cards. It has great options for entering data and managing users, making it super handy.

User-Friendly Setup

After a quick and easy setup, you'll find a friendly interface waiting for you. The main window is large and neatly organized, so you can get to work without any fuss.

Manage Users with Ease

You can kick things off by setting a password for your admin account. Plus, you can make a list of users and control what they can do. Want to change credit or debit settings? No problem! You can also add or delete records and manage other users from right here.

Create Custom Cards

When it comes to putting together new cards, Simply ID gives you lots of options. You can fill in personal info like first name, last name, address, phone number, email, and even add custom fields. It's super flexible!

Add Your Personal Touch

You can personalize your card by uploading your picture from local files like JPGs or GIFs or even using a scanner! You can crop and enhance the picture too. If you want to jazz up the design, there are options like lines, boxes, text from databases, barcodes, smartcards, fingerprints—plus background images!

Powerful Search & Filter Options

Simply ID makes it easy to search through records and filter the database however you want. You've got backup options too! You can restore data when needed or export/import records as well as optimize your database.

Customize Your View

You have total control over what tags display on the cards while hiding others. Zoom in/out? Check! You can also set starting numbers for automatic increments and view card properties like how many cards fit on one page.

Smooth Performance

In our tests, Simply ID didn't slow down our computer at all—it worked smoothly without crashing or freezing up. However, it hasn't had updates for some time now and could use some visual improvements. But overall, it's packed with great features for designing cards!
