If you're working with Megascans, you're in luck! Transmutr lets you import assets directly from Quixel Bridge. So, whether you're using different sources or just playing around with models, you’ll have plenty of options.

Preview Your Models Like a Pro

No matter where your files come from, you can easily preview them. You can pan around and orbit the model just like you would in SketchUp. This feature helps you see how everything will look in your project!

Customize Your Geometry Settings

Transmutr gives you control over tons of geometry features for your loaded file. You can change the scale multiplier, keep the exact model's scale in SketchUp, adjust the Up axis, and set the origin of the model. How cool is that?

Simplify Your Meshes Easily

You also get to tweak the mesh simplification! Just move a slider until you're happy with how many faces are on your model—without messing up its shape.

Edit Dimensions & Triangle Count

You’re not stuck with just one view; you can also edit the overall dimensions of the model and check out how many triangles are in it too.

Efficient Export Options for Rendering Engines

If you're using V-Ray, Thea, or Enscape for rendering, Transmutr has got your back! When you export a model as proxies for these engines, they use high-quality originals while SketchUp shows a placeholder instead—talk about improved performance!

Your Output File Matters!

A quick note: when exporting from Transmutr, remember that the output file is still an SKP file. It's not meant to be opened on its own; you'll want to import it as a component into another model.

Tweak Materials Like Never Before!

This amazing tool lets you play around with materials too! You can change their titles, types, colors, bump maps, opacity—pretty much everything. Plus, if you're feeling creative, load up a bitmap file to add some extra flair.
