What is Tweak?

Tweak is a handy little command line tool that helps you speed up access to your diskette drive. How does it do this? Well, it lets you change some key settings like motor on time, head settle time, motor keep running time, and step rate. This way, you can really optimize how your disk drive works.

What Can Tweak Do for You?

With Tweak, you'll notice faster disk access which is pretty cool if you're still using disk drives. It usually doesn't take up any RAM at all! But just a heads-up—sometimes it needs to leave a tiny 144-byte TSR (Terminate and Stay Resident) behind.
