Before you start sending faxes, you'll need to set up the HylaFAX Client. Don’t worry, it’s not hard at all! Just enter the HylaFAX server address along with your user info, modem details, and some other settings like the maximum number of dials and FTP options. Everything gets saved automatically in an INI file.

Importing Fax Numbers Made Easy

This program makes it a breeze to import fax numbers from CSV files on your computer, Outlook, Windows Contacts, or even ODBC sources. This way, you can build your own address book packed with all your contacts! Plus, if you want to get fancy, you can use regular expressions to grab fax numbers from strings.

Sending Faxes Efficiently

You can send multiple documents in one single fax or separate them out into different faxes if that's what you prefer. The app also lets you add new pages before hitting send and supports sending to multiple recipients—so everyone gets the same message without any hassle!

Scheduling Your Faxes
