You can set up as many profiles as you like. This way, you have specific settings ready for each time you compress files. You can include subfolders, keep the folder structure intact, and even move files into the archive with ease.

Advanced Compression Settings

When it comes to compression settings, ZipStar lets you choose the level of compression, what kind of dictionary type to use, and how much recovery data you want. You can also decide whether to compress multimedia and EXE files or create solid archives while keeping your archived items safe with encryption.

Extra Features Galore

The tool doesn’t stop there! You can send archives via email, scan them for viruses, check their integrity, add comments both at the main level and file level, strip recovery data if needed, repair damaged archives, change how the UI looks—there's just so much!

Lightweight Performance

What's cool about ZipStar is that it doesn’t hog your system resources at all. It uses only a little bit of CPU and RAM but remains responsive throughout your tasks without crashing or throwing error messages. Plus, it supports keyboard shortcuts! However, it's worth noting that ZipStar hasn't received updates in a while.
